PALMETTO ROAD - PSA PRESSURE SENSITIVE ADHESIVE

Palmetto Road PSA is a very aggressive, high tack pressure sensitive adhesive engineered for the installation of a wide variety of resilient and modular floor covering types.  PSA is solvent free and offers excellent moisture, pH, and plasticizer resistance. Its strong and durable bond ensures a long lasting installation.

• Luxury vinyl tile & plank (LVT/LVP)
• Modular carpet tile
• Vinyl composite tile ( VCT)
• Vinyl sheet and fiberglass reinforced sheet
• Double glue down carpet installations, pad to substrate
• Solid vinyl tile & plank

Trowels and Spread Rate:

• LVP, LVT, VCT, SVT, modular carpet tile:  1/16"x1/32"x1/32" U notch trowel - up to 260 sf per gallon
• Homogeneous and heterogenous sheet goods (porous substrate), double stick pad to substrate:  1/16"x1/16"x1/16" SQ notch trowel - up to 180 sf per gallon
• Resilient sheet (fiberglass) and carpet tile: 3/8" short nap roller - up to 360 sf per gallon

Working Time: 12 hours

Cure Time:  24 hours

Shelf Life: Two years from date of manufacture in original unopened container
