Crain cove base guns take either quart or 1/10 gallon cove base adhesive cartridges. The smooth pushrod delivers continuous feed and pressure. Rod pressure is released for reloading or for stopping the flow using an easy-access thumb lever. A handy cutter is built into the handle to cut the end off the plastic tip of the cartridge. A riveted needle pivots out from the body to break the cartridge seal through the tip of the cartridge. Durable and economical all-steel construction.
