FloorPrep by Dependable is now Platform Performance Flooring Systems.

Platform LCB, formerly Skimflow LCB, is a fiber reinforced, polymer modified gypsum based self leveling underlayment, and is ideal for use over existing gypsum, wood, and compromised substrates.  Platform LCB may be used over approved wood subfloors without reinforcing lath and quickly provides a sound, dimensionally stable, smooth surface for a variety of floor finishes.

Features:

• Outstanding flexural strength
• Designed for approved wood and gypsum substrates
• Durable high strength specialty cement
• Acceptable for use on UL Fire Rated Assemblies
• Non-alkaline; adhesive friendly
• Withstands construction/renovation traffic

Suitable Substrates:

• Designed for use over wood substrates where a level surface for floor covering is desired.  Unlike traditional self-leveling underlayments, Platform LCB does not require mechanical reinforcement (lath) when poured directly onto wood.
