STAUF MPU-910 E-Z Urethane is a urethane-based adhesive designed for professional wood flooring installations that require urethane adhesive for installation. Unlike traditional urethane adhesives, it contains no isocyanates, solvents, or other hazardous materials, making it safer for installers and environmentally responsible. MPU-910 offers long open time for easy installation and contains no water or solvent, preventing dimensional changes to wood flooring during installation. It delivers good shear strength with strong green grab to hold flooring securely in place, even in complex patterns. Once cured, the adhesive is waterproof and will not dissolve if exposed to moisture. Its non-slump formula spreads easily to ensure proper adhesive transfer, and rolling is neither required nor recommended. The cured adhesive remains flexible to accommodate normal seasonal movement of wood flooring.

- Engineered Floors: #5 trowel (3/16"x1/4"x3/8") up to 60 SF/gal.
- Solid Floors: #4 trowel (1/4"x7/32"x9/32") up to 50 SF/gal.
- Moisture Barrier: #12 trowel up to 35 SF/gal
- Underlayments: #15 trowel (3/32"x3/32"x3/32") up to 130 SF/gal.
Open Time:
- 30% RH: 2.5 hours at 50°F / 1.75 hours at 70°F / 1 hour at 90°F
- 50% RH: 2 hours at 50°F / 1.25 hours at 70°F / 50 mins at 90°F
- 80% RH: 1.5 hours at 50°F / 1 hour at 70°F / 45 mins at 90°F
Cure Time: 24-48 hours
Shelf Life: 12 months from date of manufacture in original, unopened container.
