STAUF RPU-870 Premiere is a high-solids real polyurethane adhesive designed for professional wood flooring installations. It is suitable for full-spread applications and, when applied appropriately, can function as a moisture control system. It spreads easily with a non-slump formula that maintains ridge height and helps prevent hollow spots.

Approved Trowels and Spread Rate:

• Engineered - #5 (3/16"x1/4"x3/8"), up to 60 square feet per gallon
• Wide Plank Engineered - #4 (1/4"x7/32"x9/32"), up to 50 square feet per gallon
• Solid Shorts/Planks - #4 (1/4"x7/32"x9/32"), up to 50 square feet per gallon
• Moisture Barrier - #12, up to 35 square feet per gallon (must use one per pail)
• Underlayments - #15 (3/32"x3/32"x3/32"), up to 130 square feet per gallon

Open Time:

• 30% RH: 75 mins at 50°F / 1 hr at 70°F / 45 mins at 90°F
• 50% RH: 1 hr at 50°F / 45 mins at 70°F / 35 mins at 90°F
• 80% RH: 45 mins at 50°F / 35 mins at 70°F / 25 mins at 90°F

Shelf Life: 9 months from date of manufacture in original, unopened container
