MasterWeld 948 (formerly Chemrex CX-948) is a one-component, high-strength, high-solids, low VOC polyurethane-based adhesive that is commonly used in the flooring industry to install carpet tack strip. It is 3 times stronger than conventional adhesives and enables carpeting to be stretched within two hours. The patented, technologically-advanced formula produces a permanent overnight bond to almost any substrate. It can be used in a wide range of climates and conditions. 

Available in 30 ounce and 10.5 ounce cartridges.
